- Toast whole pita breads in a 375 oven. (We like whole wheat, use whatever you like/have, or sub flatbread - *note, gyro bread and pita bread are not the same thing, you need the pocket to get them crispy)
- Spoon on your favorite pizza sauce and spread all the way to the edge with the back of the spoon.
- Top with shredded cheese and your favorite toppings.
- Return to oven until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
